Shreenath Industries - Vendor Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shreenath Industrie's vendors Program. By submitting your application and using Our Vendor portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointment & Eligibility

Your appointment as a Vendor is subject to approval by Shreenath Industries after due diligence. The appointment is non-transferable .

2. General

All vendors must be legally registered with valid GST, PAN, and necessary licenses (FSSAI/AGMARK/MSME, etc).
Vendor must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Product & Quality

Vendor shall supply only approved products with proper packaging and labeling.
All products must meet quality standards and comply with food safety and legal regulations.
Any rejected, defective, or non-compliant goods must be replaced at Vendor’s cost.

4. Price Updates

Vendor must update product prices daily on the Shreenath Live Vendor Portal before 10:00 AM.
If the vendor fails to update the price, and any deal is executed based on the displayed rate, the vendor shall honor that price.
This condition ensures protection of Shreenath’s goodwill and market prestige.

5. Delivery & Logistics

Products may be delivered directly to Shreenath depots or routed via the factory as instructed.
Transportation charges up to the depot are the Vendor’s liability.
Any loss, damage, or delay during transit is Vendor’s responsibility.

6. Payment & Commission

The Company shall process Vendor’s payment within 14 working days from the sale date.
Payment will be made after deducting agreed commission and applicable charges.
Payments will be transferred only against confirmed and acknowledged sales.

7. Liability

If an issue arises due to Vendor’s fault (wrong product, quality issues, late delivery, failure to update price, etc.), Vendor is fully liable.
If an issue arises due to Company’s fault (app error, billing error, payment delay beyond 14 working days), the Company will be liable and resolve the matter.
Both parties agree to act in good faith to safeguard Shreenath’s brand reputation and customer trust.

8. Confidentiality

Vendor shall not disclose any confidential information related to pricing, policies, or customer data without written consent of the Company.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate vendorship immediately in case of breach of these T&C, poor performance, or unethical practices.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

All agreements are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration at the jurisdiction of Shreenath Industrie’s registered head office.
